Is it possible to edit/cancell my order ?

If you want to modify an order, you must send your request before 5:00 p.m. on a business day of the order. This means that if you place an order on Monday before 5:00 p.m., you have until 5:00 p.m. the same day to send your modification request.

  • If you place an order during the week after 5:00 p.m., you will not be able to modify or cancel it.

  • If you place an order on the weekend (Friday after 5:00 p.m., Saturday or Sunday), you will not be able to modify or cancel it.

Our team will do everything possible to accommodate your modification request. However, it is important to note that we cannot guarantee that your modification request will be accepted, as it depends on the availability of the products and our ability to update your order before it is shipped.

Modification or cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing:

  • Via the chat on our website (yellow bubble at the bottom left of the screen)

  • Or by email to support@flowy.be

In your request, please include the following information:

  1. Your order number

  2. The type of request, written out in full:

    1. MODIFICATION of order

    2. CANCELLATION of order
